Through training, mentorship, and hands-on projects, FLEG empowers the early youth by shaping their entrepreneurial and leadership mindset for a transformative future of Ghana.

Core Values
FLEG operationalizes its mission and goals through the creation of student chapters, which provide mentorship, training, and opportunities for self-initiated projects with resource support.
Outcomes: Young leaders who are ready to:
1) effectively start and manage their own careers or businesses after secondary education (for those who enter the workforce) or
2) successfully pursue further studies in entrepreneurship, business, or other related fields.
